According to new study research done on siblings, it was found that it the second born child maybe be smarter than the older one.
A research team from the University of Germany has claimed that their research has revealed that each child after the first child is slightly less bright as compared to the older one because they share the parents.
These research scientists have also found that having the undivided attention of parents means you end up learning more and this is the benefit which the first child gets.
However, it is not necessary that in the two-child family the eldest will not necessarily dominate. They have a 6 – 10 chance of higher IQ so their younger relatives still have a strong chance of overtaking them.
