Man divorces wife because she bathes only once a year

A weird case of divorce filed by a man in Taiwan where a man divorced his wife because she bathes once a year. He claimed that he was mentally tortured by his wife because his ex-wife was very nice and had hygiene habits.

In his petition, he claimed that his wife bathed once a year and sometimes she used to wash her hairs or brushed teeth. So he does not want to live with her which seems to be an obvious reason for a divorce. He further claimed in the petition that because of this reason they do not have any kids for almost a decade.

In this case, the court judge has granted the divorce but if the wife wants she can appeal in the higher court.
