Supreme Court refuses to uplift ban on Firecrackers in Delhi NCR

Supreme Court is not ready to lift the fire cracker ban in Delhi NCR and again it has decided to reject the plea to uplift the ban on sale of firecrackers in Delhi NCR. The Apex court has clearly refused that it will not allow the firecracker sales or do any modifications in the ban. On top of ban Court is pained that people have given this decision a communal color.

But isn't true that Diwali is the biggest festival of Hindus which is celebrated around the Globe ? which is effected so much by the decision of the Supreme Court that not  just Hindus but people from other communities have started thinking that if a person cannot celebrate Diwali with firecrackers in Delhi then where will they go?

This time it is Delhi next other States of India should also be ready to for same kind of ban. Supreme Court do not have any right to play with sentiments of the people especially who believe in their religion.
