Boy killed for stealing pigeon in Haryana

A 15 year old teenager was found killed with several wounds on his body after he was accused of stealing a pigeon. This strange case is from sonepat district in haryana where his family members were sitting with his body on a road near their village which is only 50 km away from the capital. The boy has been identified as Govind who was found hanging near to his house. His family has alleged that some local people charged him with the theft of a pigeon and then brutally beaten by and also claimed that he was beaten badly because be was dalit. Whereas the police has claimed that he ran away from his house and committed suicide but the exact reason of his death would be out only after the postmortem report is out. Meanwhile the post mortem report has confirmed that the body was having injuries. New Adjustable eye lenses being developed for cataract and eye power

A researcher from UK is working on a project of development of adjustable artificial lenses which will be made up from the same material found in smartphone and TV screens. These adjustable lenses will help in improving vision of older people with presbyopia and cataract. When people age their eye lenses lose elasticity and flexibility and it leads to a condition known as presbyopia, very common in people ageing above 45 years and can require optical aids like power glasses. The researcher is of Indian origin, Devesh Mistry who is a postgraduate in the school of physics and Astronomy at University of Leeds working on liquid crystal to create truly adjustable artificial lens. He said "As we get older, the lens in our eye stiffens, when the muscles in the eye contract they can no longer shape the lens to bring close objects into focus," he said. Rat found in brown bread supplied to AIIMS hospital

Now the bread supplier Companies are not just giving you bread but they are also giving live rats in the bread packets yes it true as a live rat was found inside a bread packet at the All India Medical Institute of Sciences (AIIMS) and after this weird incident the hospital authorities have banned the supplier for 3 years. A medical superintendent of AIIMS DK Sharma said that the authorities had received a complaint about the incident on 29 th July and the same was forwarded by Professor Govind Makaria of the gastroenterology department. The rat was found in a Brown bread packet which was served to the patients suffering from diseases and getting treated in the hospital. One of the Doctors has told that consumption of rodent infected food could lead to fever, diarrhoea and blood infection which would further enhance the infection and delay in the getting cured for the disease for which the patients are already getting treated.
