And according to an article published in New Scientist nearly 90% of Americans use caffeine every day and as it is not found only Tea or coffee but in various other products we consume in our daily lives like energy drink, chocolate and soda.

Caffeine is believed for increasing energy levels and alertness. It is also believed that it greatly helps in reducing weight also by stimulating metabolism and supress appetite.
