Tilak Nagar biker accused of harassing DU student on red light defends himself



Today the guy who is accused of harassing a girl on red light has slammed the woman and also blamed that she is framing charges against him to gain political mileage. He is claiming to be innocent in the case.

He further alleged that the girl is an AAP supporter and she is misusing her political connections.

He has been identified as Sunny who was arrested by the police for an eve teasing case after the woman posted his photo on her Facebook page and the photo became viral within hours.

Later the Delhi police released him on bail. The woman has been identified as Jasleen Kaur who is a resident of Tilak Nagar.

She claimed that he abused her in Sunday on a traffic signal around 8pm. The police officials have confirmed that an FIR has been registered against Sunny under sections 354(a), 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. And they are investigating the case for which teams have been formed.

In her Facebook post Jasleen claimed that the biker made obscene comments on her near Aggarwal Sweet Shop in Tilak Nagar. He was riding a silver colour Royal Enfield Bike with registration number DL 4S CE 3623. And when she told him that she is taking photo he said in Hindi that do whatever you can and complaint to anyone later he also posed for the photo.

She further claimed that she was disturbed more because when he was making obscene remarks on her nearly 20 passer-by heard him but no one intervened and stopped him. 

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has reacted over the incident and said that the alleged abuse of DU student by a youth on a bike is unacceptable.
