Delhi Metro crashed on Magenta line

Today on 20th December 2017 the Delhi metro train trial of driverless metro on magenta line became unsuccessful as the metro was being tested for the driverless commute but it crashed which shows that it is not safe to drive metro trains without the drivers otherwise lives of the commuters would really be in danger.
During this trial of the metro, it crashed in the wall of Kalindi Kunj depot. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was about to give green flag this magenta line route of Kalkaji Mandir and Botanical Garden on which this train operates.
On Tuesday the metro train was reversed into the walls around 3:30 pm and according to an eyewitness loud noise was made by the train as it hit the outermost wall of the depot.
The train was parked at the workshop as a procedure and it brakes were decommissioned. It was taken for washing where its brakes should have been working mode, but due to human error it was neglected and it rolled back into the walls.
Delhi's transport minister Kailash Gahlot tweeted "Shocking lapse! There can be no compromise on passenger safety."
Anuj Dayal, executive director (corporate communications), DMRC, told "It was a train that had come for maintenance work and its brakes had been decommissioned as is normally done to allow easy shunting within the maintenance yard and to allow the brakes to be tested, After the maintenance procedures were over, the brakes should have been retested before the train left the maintenance depot, but this was not done. The person who took charge of the train from the maintenance staff also neglected to check the brake."

Soon this Magenta line will be completed and connect West Delhi to South Delhi and Noida. According to the Metro department, they have cleared the route till Janakpuri West and now the complete line will open for the public to commute from Botanical garden to Janakpuri West.
