Good news for the drinkers as now it is officially confirmed that if you are a moderate drinker than it is good for your health and heart. According to a new study it was found that people who drink wine, liquor or even beer are less prone to heart related diseases like heart failure, heart attacks as compared to those who rarely drink or never drink.
It is recommended that person should have 3 to 5 drinks in a week which would be good for your heart. This research was done by Norwegian University of sciences and Technology. In fact there were two studies done by the University, one was done on Heart failure and other was done on acute myocardial infarction and the results showed that people who regularly drink liquor have better cardiovascular health than those people who do not consume alcohol.
People who drank alcohol three to five drinks per week were found to be 33% less prone to heart failure thane those who do not drink. And in the other study which was done for myocardial, 41% people who participated in it told that they did not drink liquor at all or that they consumed very less in a week.
So at last it is again proved that drinking alcohol is good for your heart but the only thing you should tale care of is that do not make it a habit as regular drinking more with more quantity of alcohol may also impact your liver so be careful to take in mid quantity or it will start eating up your body.
