Son of senior BJP MP robbed of Rs1.5 lakh by escort woman

The Son of Bhartiya Janta Party MP who was in Mumbai along with his NRI friend has registered a complaint with Vakola police station in which he has alleged that he was looted Rs1.5 lakh at knife point by a woman from an Escort agency and her driver was also involved in this robbery who was waiting for her outside the five star hotel on Sunday midnight.

In the CCTV footage there was no hint of violence in the recording.

He is Mehar SinghTanwar who is 40 years old and son of MP Kanwar Singh Tanwar from Amroha told that his complaint was true and the crime was committed inside the car and not near to the hotel lobby. He asked that why India is not safe? And that is the reason why he has filed a complaint. He complained that robbing NRI’s in Mumbai is a big racket and even the Deputy Commissioner of police had visited the hotel.

After this complaint the police officials have detained two people from the escort agency for questioning from a rented room in Vakola from where they operated. According to the investigating officer the two have confessed that those who fell into their trap hailed from other states and cities. They did not file any complaints fearing humiliation.

So the matter is true and Escort agencies do rob their clients without having any fear of law and order.

The police officials checked the CCTV footage of the hotel in which they saw that Tanwar was with his friend and entering the hotel premises in a car with women who was sitting next to him. They came out of the car and walked towards the hotel lobby but the women did not come out of the car and remained seated.

Meanwhile Tanwar and his friend thought that woman was right behind them but within seconds the car drove away. But in the video he was not seen been either threatened or robbed as he has mentioned in his complaint.

Tanwar has told that he checked into the hotel around 4pm on Sunday and he told his friend that he wanted to go to a club at night and wanted to approach an escort service and his friend gave him the number of the escort then he called on the number and talked to a person called Saamir from the agency. After some time Saami sent some photos of woman through WhatsApp and he selected one woman from them. Around 1am the woman called and said she was waiting for him in a white car on the hotel premises.

Tanwar went to the car and she told him that she wanted to talk outside and drove out of the hotel. Meanwhile his friend sat with the woman and Tanwar sat in front seat. They fixed the deal for Rs30000 and were being driven back to the hotel and on the way the robbed them of Rs1.55 lakh at knifepoint.

Later the hotel staff called the police control room and informed them about the  matter and the police registered a case of robbery (397) and common intention(34) under Indian Penal Code.
