New Delhi: 300 Lower court judges are under the scanner of the High court for miss – using the fund allotted for the purchase of new systems, computers, laptops, I pad. High Court has made a special panel to probe the matter.

The fund of Rs1.1 lakh was allotted to each person in 2013 to upgrade or buy new systems so that they can solve the pending cases and dispose them, but nearly 300 people were found by the vigilance inquiry that they bought TV, Home Theatre instead of the Computers. This fund was given by the Delhi Government.

Memos were issued to all of them  to fill the information regarding the purchases, vendor details, bank details many have already  submitted the details.

It is very shameful that even the people engaged in the courts where people expect to get justice officials are looking for their personal interest and are not bothered about the country and do not respect the law and order.

The created panel which consists of senior judges and senior officials of High court is probing the matter.
In starting all the people whom money was allotted were under the scanner but later 300 officials were found suspicious after the vigilance team found irregularities in the financials submitted by them and reported the matter to the senior officials of the high court.
